How do I get access?

Access is included with every PixelSpot purchase. Sign in with the WhatsApp number you gave us when you ordered, or enter your installation tracking ID.

Is PxlOS free for PixelSpot customers?

Yes. Every PixelSpot LED wall, standee and LED TV includes PxlOS cloud CMS. Other tools in the suite are available to PixelSpot clients from the PxlOS Suite page.

Does PxlOS work with NovaStar and Huidu controllers?

Yes. PxlOS diagnostics and mapping tools support NovaStar, Huidu and Linsn controllers, and PxlOS Cloud manages content on any screen that runs the PixelPlayer.
