A P2.5 LED wall costs about ₹6,150 per sq ft installed in Bengaluru (Bangalore), excluding the controller and GST, from PixelSpot, an LED video wall manufacturer in Bangalore, at our Jalahalli East factory. P2.5 is PixelSpot's most popular pixel pitch and the one most of our Bengaluru walls are built with, because it sits exactly where most rooms need it: fine enough that nobody standing 2.5 metres away sees individual LEDs, coarse enough that a 10x6 ft wall with a Huidu controller costs about ₹4,37,500 + GST. P2.5 LED wall price by size, excl. GST

Every figure is the installed estimate before GST. GST is 18 per cent extra and is claimable as input credit by a registered business; the HSN code and GST page explains how. The per-sq-ft rate covers the P2.5 LED modules, receiving cards, power supplies, the steel frame, all cabling, transport and installation by PixelSpot's own crew, and excludes the controller. The wall prices add a Huidu sending controller sized to the pixel load and are priced on the built cabinet size. Every wall also includes the PxlOS cloud CMS, 5 per cent spare modules and the 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty. There is no separate installation invoice and no separate software subscription needed to put content on the wall.

What keeps a P2.5 quote at about ₹6,150 per sq ft + GST: a flat wall-mounted install on a plain steel frame, rear-serviced modules and standard indoor brightness, with a Huidu controller added at the wall level. That is the configuration most showrooms and restaurants in Bengaluru actually buy.

What adds to a P2.5 quote: front-service die-cast aluminium cabinets (needed when the wall is flush against a partition and there is no rear access), a NovaStar-based sending and receiving system, a curved or ceiling-hung frame, and an outdoor-grade panel of up to 4,500 nits for a wall behind glass facing a bright street or under an atrium skylight. Each of these is priced for your wall as a line on the quotation, so you can see exactly which one moved the price.

P2.5 indoor LED display price for every standard size

A P2.5 LED display, a P2.5 LED screen and a P2.5 LED wall are three names for the same product: indoor P2.5 modules, 2.5 mm between LED centres, built into one screen. The price does not change with the name. A P2.5 LED display or LED screen from PixelSpot is ₹6,150 per sq ft + GST, installed, with the controller extra, whether it is a board-size display or a full wall. The outdoor P2.5 variant, for a screen in daylight, is ₹10,650 per sq ft + GST. The 6x4 ft wall at ₹1,81,500 + GST is the starter size, used as a shop screen or an indoor café menu wall; 10x6 ft and 12x8 ft are showroom and banquet-stage sizes, and 20x10 ft suits a convention hall or an auditorium, where P2.5 is the coarsest indoor pitch we sell. Openings smaller than 6x4 ft are priced on survey, and the configurator gives an instant figure.

P2.5 indoor LED display specification

Two of these numbers deserve a second look when you compare quotes. The module resolution of 128 x 64 pixels is the fingerprint of a true 2.5 mm pitch on a 320 x 160 mm board; if a quote lists a different count on the same board size, it is not P2.5. The refresh rate of 3,840 Hz is what keeps a filmed P2.5 wall clean on Instagram reels and wedding videography. Cheaper 1,920 Hz panels exist and cost less, but they flicker on phone cameras, which matters for any showroom launch, temple festival or wedding stage that will be filmed.

P2.5 indoor LED screen in Bangalore: where it fits

Indoor P2.5 covers the widest range of any pitch we sell: our configurator's P2.5 profile starts at 2.5 m and runs to about 8 m, where extra detail stops mattering. Halls deeper than that still take P2.5, because no coarser indoor pitch is sold; the wall simply gets bigger. Inside 2.5 m, step finer to P2 or P1.8. A screen that faces the street, on the shopfront or behind bright glass, takes the outdoor P2.5 LED display further down this page, with an IP65 front, an IP54 rear and up to 4,500 nits.

The rule is simple: the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres is roughly the pitch number, and the picture looks its best from about twice that. For P2.5 that means comfortable from 2.5 m, ideal from about 5 m. Measure from the wall to where the nearest regular viewer stands, not to the far end of the room. If that first viewer is at 2.5 m or further, P2.5 is the right pitch and paying for a finer one buys pixels nobody can resolve. The viewing distance calculator does the arithmetic for any room.

Where P2.5 fits in Bengaluru

• Car and two-wheeler showrooms (showroom LED walls): a 12x8 ft wall behind the display vehicles is read from the showroom floor at 5 m and beyond. 1,463 x 975 pixels carries launch films and variant pricing cleanly.
• Restaurants, cafes and pubs (restaurant LED walls): a 10x6 ft wall above the bar or on the feature wall, seen from tables 2.5 m and further. • Temples and churches (temple LED walls, church LED walls): the first row of devotees sits at least 2.5 m from the wall and the hall extends past 5 m. P2.5 is comfortable for the front row and sharp for everyone behind, at a price a trust or parish can approve.
• Wedding halls and convention centres (wedding hall LED walls): a 12x8 ft stage backdrop with guests seated from 2.5 m outwards. 3,840 Hz keeps the backdrop clean in every photograph and reel.
• Office and hotel lobbies (lobby LED walls, hotel LED walls): visitors pass the reception wall at 2.5 to 5 m. A 10x6 ft P2.5 shows brand films, welcome boards and dashboards designed at lobby scale.
• Corporate cafeterias and town-hall spaces: the nearest seat sets the pitch. In the Bengaluru corporate office case study the pitch was chosen from exactly that measurement.
• Event and exhibition stages (event LED walls): audiences from 5 m out, and cameras everywhere. For a one-off event, an event-AV company that rents screens is the right call; we don't rent LED walls, and owning one pays when the stage is used several days a month.

When to step finer, and when to step coarser

Go finer when the nearest regular viewer is inside 2.5 m, or when the wall will show spreadsheets, small captions or a live dashboard read up close. A jewellery counter, a boardroom or a mall entrance where shoppers walk right up to the glass belongs on P2.0 (comfortable from 2 m) or P1.8 (comfortable from 1.8 m, ideal from 3.5 m). Studios and control rooms where people sit within 1.5 m go to P1.5 or P1.2.

Go coarser only outdoors. P2.5 is the coarsest indoor pitch PixelSpot sells, and it stays the answer for a large hall or an auditorium where the audience sits far back. P3 and P4 are outdoor pitches, and the so-called "indoor P4" seen elsewhere is outdoor-grade P4 run indoors, too bright for the room and coarse from 3 m. For a shopfront read from the pavement at 4 m or more, outdoor P4 is the standard; for a larger sign read from 3 m, outdoor P3. For a shopfront menu read from 3 to 5 m, the outdoor P2.5 variant described below.

P2.5 vs P2.0 vs P3: the neighbouring pitches

The table explains why P2.5 is the pitch most of our walls are built with. Stepping up to P2.0 takes a 10x6 ft wall from ₹4,37,500 up to ₹5,56,500, both with a controller and + GST, for 1,524 x 914 pixels instead of 1,219 x 731, a difference only visible to someone standing inside 2.5 m. Stepping "down" to P3 does not save money at all, because the only P3 PixelSpot builds is the outdoor IP65 module at up to 4,500 nits, which costs more than indoor P2.5 and is far too bright for a room. One step finer again, P1.8 is about ₹8,250 per sq ft + GST, and a 10x6 ft P1.8 wall with a controller is ₹5,91,500 + GST against ₹4,37,500 + GST for P2.5. P2.5 outdoor LED display: ₹10,650 per sq ft + GST

Most shopfronts are read from the pavement and belong on outdoor P4. A menu board is different: customers stand at the counter or queue 3 to 5 m from the screen and need to read prices and item names, which is closer than a P4 module looks good from. For that case PixelSpot builds an outdoor P2.5 with an IP65-rated front, IP54 rear and auto-dimming that drops the brightness after sunset so the menu does not glare at night. Outdoor P2.5 is about ₹10,650 per sq ft + GST for the screen, excluding the controller, so an 8x4 ft outdoor P2.5 wall with a Huidu controller is about ₹3,98,500 + GST; the indoor rates on this page do not apply to it. The outdoor module is a different build from the indoor one: a sealed IP65 face, an IP54 rear and LEDs driven to up to 4,500 nits instead of 600, which is why its rate per sq ft is higher. If the screen sits inside the shop, away from the window, indoor P2.5 at ₹6,150 per sq ft + GST is enough; if it faces the street through glass or sits under a canopy, it needs the outdoor version, and the free survey checks the light at your frontage.

P2.5 LED module vs a complete P2.5 LED wall

P2.5 modules are widely listed for sale on their own, indoor and outdoor, and their per-piece prices are easy to find. PixelSpot does not sell loose P2.5 modules. We sell the complete P2.5 indoor LED display at ₹6,150 per sq ft + GST and the outdoor P2.5 LED display at ₹10,650 per sq ft + GST: modules, cabinets or a steel frame, receiving cards, power supplies, cabling, installation by our crew, PxlOS and the 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty, with the controller added by wall size.

A box of 128 x 64 pixel boards still needs all of that before it shows a picture, plus someone to map the boards in the controller, set the colour and come back when one fails. That last part is where a complete wall from a Bengaluru factory differs most: spares for this pitch are on our shelf, 5 per cent spare modules stay on your site, and service response inside Bengaluru is within 24 hours.

What a P2.5 wall from PixelSpot includes
