P3 outdoor LED display price in Bengaluru: ₹7,450 per sq ft, installed.

PixelSpot builds P3 outdoor LED displays, the LED walls and LED screens that go on shopfronts, fascias and gates, at its own factory in Jalahalli, Bengaluru, and installs them with its own crew across Bengaluru and the rest of Karnataka; the LED video wall in Karnataka page shows how a job outside the city runs. Our P3 is an outdoor product only: IP65 at the front, IP54 at the rear, up to 4,500 nits, read from about 3 m. It is ₹7,450 per sq ft + GST, installed, with the controller extra; every whole-wall price on this page includes the controller.

A P3 LED wall costs about ₹7,450 per sq ft installed, excluding the controller and GST, from PixelSpot, an LED video wall manufacturer in Bangalore. With a Huidu controller added, that is ₹2,83,500 for an 8x4 ft wall, ₹5,23,000 for 10x6 ft and ₹8,19,000 for 12x8 ft, all + GST. The P3 we build is an outdoor module: IP65 at the front, IP54 at the rear, up to 4,500 nits, made for a shopfront, fascia or gate that people read from about 3 m. We build P3 for outdoor walls only; for a screen inside a showroom, restaurant or hall, the pitch to ask for is indoor P2.5, explained below. The per-sq-ft rate covers the modules, receiving cards, power supplies, steel frame, cabling, transport and installation by our own crew, and excludes the controller; every wall also comes with PxlOS cloud CMS, 5 per cent spare modules and the 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty. GST at 18 per cent is extra and the input credit is explained on the HSN and GST page.

P3 outdoor LED display price by size, + GST

Every row above is a complete outdoor P3 wall with its Huidu controller, frame and installation, + GST, as listed on our 2026 price sheet. Walls smaller than 6 x 4 ft are priced on survey; the configurator gives an instant figure for any size in between.

The estimate is a plain wall-mounted or fascia install, and the wall prices add a Huidu controller sized to the pixel load. The quote rises, priced for your wall, when the wall needs front-service die-cast cabinets (a fascia flush against the building with no rear access, which is most Bengaluru shopfronts), a NovaStar-based sending and receiving system, a curved or ceiling-hung frame, or a freestanding pole or gantry structure, which is quoted as a separate line after the free site survey. Municipal permission drawings, where the landlord or the BBMP asks for them, are also a separate line. A P3 wall is built from 320 x 160 mm modules, so real walls round to whole modules and cabinets; the pixel count of an 8x4 or 10x6 ft wall follows the same rule as the 12x8 figure above and is stated module-exact on every PixelSpot quotation.

P3 LED display and LED screen price

A P3 LED display, a P3 LED screen and a P3 LED wall are three names for the same product: outdoor P3 modules, 3 mm between LED centres, built into one screen. The price does not change with the name. A P3 LED display or LED screen from PixelSpot is ₹7,450 per sq ft + GST, installed, with the controller extra, whether it is a board-size display or a full wall. P3 outdoor LED display specification

Two lines on that sheet decide whether a "P3" quote from anyone is the same product as ours. The first is the module: about 107 x 53 pixels on a 320 x 160 mm board. The same board carries P4 at 80 x 40 pixels, P5 at 64 x 32 and P6 at about 53 x 27, so a coarser module sold under the P3 name shows up the moment you ask for the module resolution. The second is the scan rate: 1/16 on P3 means each LED is lit for a longer slice of each cycle than the 1/32 of an indoor P2.5, which is part of how an outdoor module holds up to 4,500 nits in direct Bengaluru sun and still dims cleanly after dark.

P3 LED module vs a complete P3 LED wall

Search for a "P3 outdoor module" and you will find loose 320 x 160 mm boards priced one at a time. PixelSpot does not sell loose modules for self-assembly. We sell the complete P3 wall, installed: modules in sealed cabinets, the steel frame, power supplies, receiving cards, the controller, cabling, PxlOS and the 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty, put up by our own crew. That is why our figure is a price per square foot of finished wall and not a price per module. A module on its own is not a shop sign: it still needs a cabinet rated for the fascia, a frame, a controller sized to the pixel load and someone to call when a module fails. If you already own a P3 wall and a module has failed, that is a service job, and the 5 per cent spare modules handed over with every PixelSpot wall are there for it.

P3 is outdoor only: indoors, choose P2.5

Many people who search "P3 LED wall" in Bengaluru want a screen inside a showroom, a restaurant or a hall. The P3 we build is an outdoor product only, so for a screen indoors the pitch to ask for is P2.5 at about ₹6,150 per sq ft + GST: 128 x 64 pixels on a 320 x 160 mm module, 14,864 pixels per sq ft, comfortable from 2.5 m, and 975 x 487 pixels on an 8x4 ft wall rising to 1,463 x 975 on 12x8 ft. P2.5 is the coarsest indoor pitch we sell, and it is also the answer for a large hall or an auditorium where the audience sits far back. An indoor P2.5 is up to 600 nits, which is the right brightness for a room; an outdoor P3 run indoors is up to 4,500 nits and too bright even at its minimum setting, in a cabinet built for weather rather than for a finished interior. The same logic explains the "indoor P4" seen elsewhere: it is outdoor-grade P4 run indoors, coarse from 3 m, and a 10x6 ft wall comes to only 762 x 457 pixels. If a quote for an indoor P4 lands on your desk, ask for the module resolution and the nits before comparing it with a P2.5 figure.

P3.91 and the rental cabinets are a different product

P3.91, along with P2.6, P2.9 and P4.81, is a rental-series pitch built into 500 x 500 mm cabinets that lock together for a stage or an exhibition and come down again the next day. They are not the fixed-install P3 on this page. PixelSpot does not rent LED walls; for a one-off event, rental-series P3.91 cabinets come from an event-AV company that rents screens. P3 outdoor LED screen in Bangalore: where it fits

Our configurator rates outdoor P3 for viewers from about 3 m out to about 10 m, which in Bangalore is the shopfront band: the boutique sign over a door on a narrow pavement, a café menu facing the street, a showroom forecourt, a school or temple gate. Inside 3 m the individual LEDs show, so a counter-window menu wants the finer outdoor P2.5 at ₹10,650 per sq ft + GST. When the nearest regular viewer is 4 m or more away, the cheaper neighbour does the same job; see the P4 outdoor LED display price, ₹5,300 per sq ft + GST. A facade read from across the road goes to P5 or P6.

The rule is simple: the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres is about the pitch number, and the picture looks best from roughly twice that. For P3 that is 3 m minimum and about 6 m ideal. Measure from where the nearest regular viewer stands, not from the kerb. Outdoor P3 earns its premium over P4 when people read the screen from the pavement directly in front of the shop, and it is wasted when the nearest viewer is across the road. Typical Bengaluru cases where P3 is the right answer:

• Boutique or jewellery shopfront on Commercial Street or Jayanagar 4th Block. A narrow pavement puts shoppers 3 to 4 m from the fascia, with product photographs and price flashes that need clean edges. An 8x4 ft P3 at about ₹2,83,500 + GST sits above the door; a 10x6 ft P3 at about ₹5,23,000 + GST fills the fascia, both with a controller.
• Cafe or juice-bar menu board facing the street in Indiranagar or Koramangala. Customers read a menu from 3 to 5 m while they decide. P3 is the standard answer at that range; the same 3 to 5 m menu is also served by the finer outdoor P2.5 fitted at Acai Theory in Indiranagar, at about ₹10,650 per sq ft + GST, so ask for both quotes.
• Restaurant or pub entrance on 100 Feet Road or Church Street. Guests queue 3 to 6 m from the wall in the evening, when auto-dimming matters. A 10x6 ft P3 shows a promo reel cleanly at that distance.
• Car or two-wheeler showroom facade in Whitefield or on Hosur Road. A glass-fronted showroom with a display in the forecourt, read by walk-ins from 4 to 6 m; 12x8 ft P3 at 1,219 x 812 pixels shows a vehicle at full width. Behind the glass rather than in front of it, it should still be an outdoor-grade panel of up to 4,500 nits rather than an indoor one, see the nits guide.
• Temple or church gateway in Basavanagudi or Frazer Town. Devotees read timings and live feeds from 3 to 6 m at the gate, in full sun during the day and after dark during festivals. Compare the temple LED wall page for the indoor hall alternative.
• School or college entrance in Yelahanka or Electronic City. Parents and students read notices from 4 to 6 m at pick-up time; a 10x6 ft P3 holds several lines of text legibly at that range.
• Petrol pump or supermarket forecourt in Marathahalli or JP Nagar. Shoppers walk past at 3 to 6 m and glance up; P3 keeps offers readable without the grain of a hoarding pitch.

When to step finer or coarser

Step finer to P2.5 when the nearest viewer is inside 3 m. For a menu read at a counter window open to the street, or a screen behind street-facing glass, that means outdoor P2.5 at about ₹10,650 per sq ft + GST, because an indoor panel (up to 600 nits) washes out in daylight; a screen set well back inside the shop can use indoor P2.5 at about ₹6,150 per sq ft + GST, which is cheaper and sharper. Step coarser to outdoor P4, the storefront standard at about ₹5,300 per sq ft + GST, when the first viewer stands 4 m or further, which is any shop with a wide pavement, a parking apron or a service road in front. Go to P5 or P6 only for a large facade read from 5 to 6 m and beyond, and to the hoarding pitches P8 and P10 for large displays read from 8 to 10 m and beyond.

P3 vs P2.5 and P4

These are the two pitches a P3 enquiry in Bengaluru ends up choosing between: the indoor P2.5 for a screen inside the building, and the outdoor P4 that most shopfronts settle on.

The reading of that table is that P3 is the most expensive of the three per square foot, because the sealed 320 x 160 mm module packs more LEDs and drivers than P4 on the same board (about 107 x 53 pixels against 80 x 40) while still carrying the outdoor cabinet, the IP65 front / IP54 rear sealing and up to 4,500 nits that an indoor P2.5 does not need. So P3 is a considered choice, not a default: buy it when the wall is outside and the reader is close. On a 10x6 ft shopfront the step from P4 to P3 is the gap between ₹3,70,000 and ₹5,23,000, both with a controller and + GST, and from about 8 m, the ideal distance for P4, the two look the same.

What a P3 wall from PixelSpot includes

1. Measure the fascia or wall opening and the distance to the nearest regular viewer. If that distance is under 3 m, tell us; the answer may be outdoor P2.5. If it is over 4 m, the answer is probably P4 and cheaper.
