Corporate office, Bengaluru. An LED wall that works with the lights on.

A Bengaluru corporate office holds its town halls, all-hands and client presentations in front of one wall in its cafeteria. A projector washed out under the skylights, and a grid of TVs put bezels through every slide. We replaced both with a single wide, fine-pitch indoor LED video wall, built into the recess and installed in one working day.

The brief

The cafeteria is where this company gathers. Town halls, all-hands meetings and client visits all happen in front of the same wall.

Two screens had already been tried there. A projector lost its picture to the daylight from the skylights, so every presentation meant fighting the room. A grid of TVs put a bezel through every slide, and a spreadsheet broken across several screens is hard to read.

The facilities team asked for one seamless surface that works with the lights on and needs little looking after.

What we built

Every decision came from the room, not from a catalogue.

• An LED wall, not a brighter projector. An LED wall makes its own light, so the skylights no longer wash out the picture. There is no lamp to change.
• One wide surface, sized to the recess. The wall is sized to the existing recess, with no bezels, so a slide or a spreadsheet reads as one image.
• Fine indoor pitch, set by the nearest seat. We chose the pitch from the seating distance, so small text in slides and faces on video calls stay clear. Our pixel pitch guide explains the rule.
• Front-service cabinets. The wall sits flush against the building wall, with no space behind it, so every module comes off from the face. A future repair is a short visit, not a dismantling job. Our front-service vs rear-service guide shows why the building decides.
• HDMI for presenters, PxlOS for the rest of the day. The room PC connects over HDMI, like a very large monitor. When nothing is being presented, PxlOS, our cloud CMS, shows a branded idle screen and scheduled announcements.

Installation

1. Survey. Our team surveyed the wall, confirmed the mounting surface and the power, and measured the recess.
2. Build and test. We built the frame to the exact recess. The cabinets were assembled and burn-in tested at our Bengaluru facility before delivery.
3. Install and calibrate. On site, the wall was installed and calibrated to one even image.
4. Hand over. A handover session with the facilities team closed the job. Everything on site took one working day.

The result

Town halls now run with the lights on and the blinds open. On video calls, faces are clear to the back of the room, and a spreadsheet no longer breaks at a bezel.

Between meetings the wall is not a dark rectangle. It carries company announcements and a branded idle screen, scheduled on PxlOS. The same surface serves the all-hands, the client visit and the ordinary working day.

What a wall like this costs

Office LED walls are priced per square foot by pitch, with installation included. This wall was priced to its own recess and pitch. Here is what a typical 10 × 6 ft office wall costs on our published price sheet.

Per sq ft prices include installation and exclude the controller. Wall prices include both. GST is 18%. Updated 29 September 2026.
