Zuper LED is a Hyderabad-based LED display company whose headline is "India's Only OEM LED Manufacturer With Factory in China", trading since 2012 (its about page and IndiaMART profile) with locations listed in Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai. PixelSpot is a Bengaluru LED video wall manufacturer that builds walls in its own facility here and installs them with its own crew. Both quote for indoor and outdoor LED walls in Bangalore, and on a per square foot basis the two look close. This page puts the published facts side by side, then explains what a "factory in China" and a "factory in Jalahalli" each mean for a wall that has to keep working in Koramangala in 2029.

Zuper LED price

Zuper LED's IndiaMART listings show P4 indoor at ₹5,000, P2.5 indoor at ₹6,500, P2 at ₹9,000 and P4 outdoor at ₹5,000 to ₹6,100 per sq ft (read 21 September 2026). The listings do not say what is included, so ask for a written quotation with the controller, structure, installation and GST as separate lines. What PixelSpot's own rate covers is set out below.

Zuper LED warranty

We found no warranty period or terms on Zuper LED's home, about or contact pages, nor on the IndiaMART listings we read (21 September 2026). That does not mean there is none; ask for it in writing: how long it runs, whether repairs are onsite or carry-in, whether it covers every pixel or only whole modules, and who pays for parts and travel. Zuper LED Bangalore office

Zuper LED's contact page labels Hyderabad (Anand Nagar, Hayathnagar) as its main office and shows "Location : Bangalore" with no street address, on the same phone number as Hyderabad. A Justdial listing places a Zuper LED branch at OMBR Layout, Chikka Banaswadi, Bengaluru (both read 21 September 2026). Ask Zuper LED for the address of its Bengaluru office and where the engineer who would attend your call is based.

What "a factory in China" means when the wall is in Bengaluru

Zuper LED's headline is honest and worth reading twice. The diodes in every LED wall sold in India, PixelSpot's included, come from a handful of semiconductor fabs, and the SMD modules they sit on are produced on high-volume SMT lines, most of them in Guangdong. Nobody in Bengaluru or Hyderabad grows LED chips. So "OEM manufacturer with a factory in China" tells you where modules are made. It does not tell you where your wall will be assembled, aged, calibrated and kept alive for the eight to twelve years it should serve.

The factory that matters to a buyer in Bengaluru is the one that holds the spares and fits them. PixelSpot populates every wall from one LED bin and one production lot and burn-in tests the cabinets in Jalahalli East, and the crew that installed the wall is the crew that services it. Nothing in a per square foot price tells you what happens when a module fails in year three, so put the same questions to every vendor, PixelSpot included: where are spare modules from my wall's production lot kept, how many are there, how long does a replacement take to reach Bengaluru, and who fits it? Zuper LED's IndiaMART profile describes its Indian entity as a trader and retailer registered in Telangana; that is not a criticism, it is the structure you are buying into, and it is why the warranty and spares questions below matter more than the logo.

What ₹6,150 per square foot (excl. GST) includes at PixelSpot

Zuper LED's IndiaMART listings put P4 indoor at ₹5,000 and P2.5 indoor at ₹6,500 per sq ft, which is close to or above PixelSpot's published P2.5 rate of ₹6,150 per sq ft before GST. The number alone settles nothing. What the listings do not say is whether that figure covers the controller, the mounting structure, installation, calibration, spares, GST or any warranty. Here is exactly what PixelSpot's ₹6,150 per sq ft (excl. GST) covers for an indoor P2.5 wall:

• Modules from one bin and one lot, so the wall reads as a single surface with no warm tile beside a cool one.
• Cabinets, receiving cards and power supplies, assembled and burn-in tested in Bengaluru before delivery.
• The sending controller is not in the per sq ft rate: it is named on the quote and priced as its own line, sized to the wall's pixel load, with HDMI input for a room PC where needed.
• Mounting frame or structure, cabling and installation by our own crew, usually during your closed hours.
• Calibration and a handover session for the people who will run the wall.
• PxlOS cloud CMS so content changes from a phone, with remote fault monitoring.
• 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty with no dead-pixel tolerance clause, and a free site survey and 3D mockup before you commit.

Worked example: a 10 by 6 ft P2.5 wall is about 66 sq ft as built, so ₹3,62,000 for the screen plus ₹32,000 for a Huidu A5L controller: ₹4.38 lakh before GST, about ₹4.65 lakh with 18% GST (see LED wall HSN code and GST). The spec decisions that matter more than the brand name

Pixel pitch and viewing distance

Pitch is the distance between LED centres in millimetres, and the rule of thumb is that the nearest comfortable viewer stands roughly as many metres away as the pitch number. P2.5 is right for a showroom or worship hall where people stand 4 m or more back; a boardroom with seats at 2 to 3 m wants P1.8 or P1.5; a mall entrance viewed from 1 to 3 m, like the Amukti store display, needs fine pitch. Outdoors, P4 suits a storefront read from 5 to 8 m, and P6 to P10 suits hoardings read from across a road. The viewing distance calculator does the arithmetic for your room.

Brightness in nits

PixelSpot's indoor walls run up to 600 nits and are comfortable at 30 to 50% of that in a lit office. Our outdoor walls run up to 4,500 nits with auto-dimming, so they are legible at 3 pm in Bengaluru daylight and not blinding at 10 pm; the Acai Theory storefront in Indiranagar is exactly that case, and for a wall facing the harsh west-facing afternoon sun the survey checks the angle and shading. Zuper LED's P4 outdoor listing quotes up to 6,000 cd/m²; the question to ask any vendor is whether the quoted brightness is measured after calibration, and whether the controller schedules it down at night.

IP rating and cabinet type

Outdoor cabinets need IP65 on the front face and IP54 at the rear, with sealed connectors and gaskets you can inspect yearly; indoor cabinets are not sealed and should not be priced as if they were. Die-cast aluminium front-service cabinets cost more but let a technician swap a module from the front in minutes, which is the only option in a shopfront or a wall mounted flush to a building wall. Sheet-metal rear-service cabinets are fine where there is a service corridor behind the wall. Ask which cabinet is in the quote, because the per sq ft price moves with it.

Refresh rate and controller

A wall that will be filmed, for a town hall or a stage, needs a refresh rate of 3,840 Hz or better so cameras do not see banding. Ask for the receiving card model and the sending controller by name; those two parts decide whether your staff can change content from a phone or must call a technician.

Install and service reality in Bengaluru and Karnataka

In Bengaluru a PixelSpot survey happens within days, the 3D mockup shows the wall in your actual space, and installation is scheduled for your closed hours. The corporate office cafeteria wall was installed, calibrated and handed over in one working day after the panels were burn-in tested at our facility; the Amukti display went in before mall opening hours.
